I opened a plan for my son, but I changed my mind and I would like to close it.
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your son’s RESP. If you have any concerns, please contact our Customer Service; our agents will gladly answer all your questions.
You can cancel your RESP (or part of it) by sending to us a written request. It is important to note that if your RESP included sales charges and that you are closing your plan more than 60 days after you signed your contract, the sales charges already paid will not be refunded. However, if you open a new RESP with Kaleido later on, you will be credited a sum equal to these fees.
