Disclosure Notice
As a client or potential client (hereinafter “referred client”) under a client referral agreement, I understand and acknowledge each of the following statements:
1. Financière S_Entiel (MAVI) and Kaleido Growth Inc. have entered into a client referral agreement.
2. Under this client referral agreement, the parties shall not exceed the limits of the following registration categories in which they are respectively registered with the regulatory authorities that govern them:
Segic
Employee benefits technology platform
Kaleido Growth Inc.
Scholarship Plan Broker (Autorité des marchés financiers)
3. I understand that the parties are two unrelated companies and that the referring party has no liability regarding the advice given and representations made by the party that receives the referral.
4. I understand that other representatives and registrants may provide comparable products that may meet my needs.
5. Kaleido Growth Inc. will pay Segic a client referral fee if I agree to be contacted by Kaleido Growth Inc. for more information about registered education savings plans.
6. The client referral agreement creates a potential conflict of interest since each party has a financial interest in it.
7. Despite the potential conflict of interest, the referring party shall fulfil its ethical and legal obligations by putting my interests ahead of its own financial interests.
