Please note that actual EAP amounts cannot be predicted, since the performance of plans presented is not necessarily indicative of future returns. 

If you open an RESP with Kaleido Growth Inc. and are not satisfied, you may cancel your agreement within 60 days of signing, at no cost.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Subscribers who are dissatisfied with a product or financial service can file a complaint and request resolution of the problem. We ensure that all subscriber complaints are processed quickly and fairly. 

Steps for filing a complaint:

Step 1 – Contact your representative

To file a complaint or voice a concern, contact your representative or branch manager. You can also contact our Customer Service to submit your complaint or concern. We will investigate the situation in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

Step 2 – Contact our Complaints Officer 

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint or concern was handled by your representative, their branch manager, and/or Customer Service, you can contact the Complaints Officer at Kaleido Growth Inc. by mail, fax, or email:

Step 3 – Seek independent mediation

If you contacted us as described above and deem that it will not be possible to arrive at an acceptable resolution, you can request the transfer of your file to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

Subscribers residing in Quebec can contact the AMF directly to request that their file be transferred for review and, if appropriate, the AMF will offer mediation.

Step 4 – Hire an attorney

You can call on the services of an attorney to help you file a complaint. An attorney can explain the options and remedies available to you as a subscriber. However, you must take into account the prescription period (legal deadline) within which you must pursue civil proceedings. Once the prescription period has elapsed, you may lose your right to exercise certain remedies. Exchanges with the aforementioned parties to attempt to resolve the dissatisfaction or complaint do not suspend the legal deadline provided for in the Civil Code of Quebec.
