International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (“IESBA”) Code of Ethics

In accordance with the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, the auditor is required to publicly disclose, on an annual basis, the audit and non-audit fees charged to public interest entities.
For the year ended December 31, 2025, the fees paid or payable to Deloitte LLP for the audit of the financial statements of the six plans amounted to $314,250 (2024 – $339,700) which include the fees related to the prospectus for the IDEO+ funds.
