I’m an accomplished mom and grandma to an adorable little boy. I’m also a loyal Kaleido customer.
I’ve been a scholarship plan representative for 30 years now, and my commitment to my clients is fully in line with Kaleido’s mission: to accompany each child on their journey in order to help them reach their full potential and create the society of tomorrow.
I’m a compassionate person, and serving my customers in the best possible way and with a smile is my priority. I am generous with my time and always available to offer personalized advice.
I’m very attentive to my customers. It’s important for me to respond quickly and efficiently, especially via the Client Space. I offer clear guidance, because I know how questions can arise at certain stages, such as disbursements. I pay particular attention to grandparents, who often have more doubts and worries. I help them cheerfully and patiently!
