  • All our employees are telecommuting to limit the spread of the virus.
  • For the same reason, our scholarship plan representatives continue all their activities by offering their clients video or phone conferencing for meetings.

Can I come to your offices in person?

Unfortunately, our head office is closed to visitors at this time given the seriousness of the situation. We invite you to contact our Customer Service, which remains fully operational, at 1 877 710-7377. Our agents will be happy to answer all your questions.

What does this mean for my RESP?

Your RESP with Kaleido is a capital-guaranteed investment. Concretely, this means you recover all the contributions you invested at plan maturity, regardless of market conditions.1

The grant amounts received from the government are also protected and your child will receive these funds in full once enrolled in post-secondary studies, according to the regular terms and conditions of your RESP. Rest assured that, despite the current turmoil, Kaleido RESPs remain a safe investment.

Is it possible to interrupt my contributions during these exceptional times?

We understand that several families are currently facing financial strains. I made request regarding my RESP. Will there be a delay in the processing of this request?

Our team is redoubling its efforts to respond to all requests as quickly as possible. For the time being, our activities are proceeding normally and, in general, processing times remain unchanged.

I had an appointment to open an RESP. What do I do?

Our scholarship plan representatives can hold all of their consultations over the phone or through conference calls; whichever you prefer. They can therefore help you start your education savings project the same way they normally would! The representative with whom you had an appointment will contact you shortly (if he or she hasn’t done so already).
