Executive Appointment at Kaleido

Isabelle Grenier, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaleido, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Mercier as Vice-President, Business Development.

Mercier has been working at Kaleido, previously known as Universitas, for over 3 decades. He started his career in 1990 as a scholarship plan representative before being promoted to branch manager in 1996. His considerable expertise in registered education savings plans, strong leadership and extensive experience in sales development are assets which will certainly help Kaleido reach its strategic goals.

Since fall 2019, Kaleido has been introducing changes in order for the head office to work more closely with branches and to place customer experience at the heart of its business model.

Mercier has the mandate to continue the business development of Kaleido and to implement innovative strategies to ensure the continued growth of the organization. Mercier’s appointment to Kaleido’s senior management was perfectly natural and all the employees welcome him to the team at the Quebec City head office!
