Attract. Retain. Motivate.
Wow your employees by adding the registered education savings plan (RESP) to your benefits package.
With the RESP Corporate Program offered by Kaleido, you can stand out as a progressive, people-focused employer. It’s an effective loyalty-building strategy, since RESPs are still rarely offered as a benefit on the job market.
Attract and retain top talent for your organization!
A registered education savings plan (RESP) is an investment vehicle specifically designed to help people save for a child’s post-secondary education. RESPs offer a host of advantages. Not only do your savings grow tax-free, but RESPs are also the only financial product eligible for education savings grants! What’s more, anyone—parents, grandparents, relatives, and even family friends—can open a plan to save for the education of a child they love!
Want to learn more about RESPs? Find out how it all works.
Since every organization is different, the RESP Corporate Program offers several options to help you find the perfect fit for your company and employees or members.
Being progressive doesn’t have to be expensive! The key is to invest in what matters most: the well-being of your employees and their loved ones.
Kaleido offers administrative simplicity for employers by managing your RESPs and provides ongoing support. Now that’s a winning strategy!
