What is the CLB?

The Canada Learning Bond is a grant offered by the Government of Canada to financially eligible children and young adults to help them pursue the postsecondary studies of their choice.

You may be eligible for the CLB if…

You were born in 2004 or later

You are between 18 and 20 years old

You are enrolled in postsecondary studies

You are a resident of Canada

You have never received the CLB before

How do I take advantage of the CLB?

  1. Contact us to open a free RESP for yourself with the help of our team.2 You will need your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and a valid ID. Your eligibility will be validated by the Government of Canada.
  2. Receive the money directly in your RESP.
  3. Withdraw the money to pay for your studies.2
